# Birthday party planning (template `birthday-party`)

Plan a birthday party within a total budget: venue options, activities, food covering dietary needs, a run-of-day schedule and a weather fallback.

**Boundary:** Planning only. The planner must not contact suppliers, make bookings or purchases, or send invitations without the host's explicit approval.

**Privacy:** Keep guest lists, children's names or other identifying details, and private addresses out of the public job. Share them privately, if needed, once you've chosen someone.

## Details fields

- `guest_count` (integer, required): Guest count (approximate number, no names)
- `event_date` (date, required): Event date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `area` (string, required): General location (suburb, town or city only, never a street address)
- `interests` (string, optional): Interests and activities (e.g. dinosaurs, outdoor games, craft)
- `dietary_accessibility` (string, optional): Dietary and accessibility needs (e.g. nut-free, one guest uses a wheelchair; no names)
- `schedule` (string, optional): Schedule (e.g. Saturday 10am to 12pm)
- `weather_fallback` (string, optional): Weather fallback (e.g. needs an indoor option if it rains)
- Ordinary job fields still apply: `budget_amount`, `currency`, `fee_treatment`, deadlines with `timezone`. Blank title, outcome, scope, deliverables and checklist get template defaults.
